One region, many strands
The Collaborative’s work is regional by design. Its Collaborate2031 strategy is countywide for Horry County, and its September 2, 2026 news reported state funding for projects across Horry and Georgetown counties. This map draws both counties and the two welcome centers listed on the official contact page.

The places the work serves
Illustrations made for this study: a shoreline, a coastal-plain river, a golf green, an airport gate and an oceanfront boardwalk. None is a photograph of a real location.
